Antoine Alone, Thirty Days Down

Why is the picture so nice today and well-light. Well, I figured out auto-contrast, auto-levels, auto-color today in photoshop. I know, some of you are like "you are so late!" but hey, whatcha gonna do?

I took pictures for yearbook today and here are a few (see below).

The picture below is special and I need to take a bunch more pictures like these because we are doing a section in the yearbook for sibilings. Tomorrow my goal is to have someone take a picture of my brother and me, the Studors, the Gerdes', and a few more.

Today I was bored in math so I did this (see below). I was inspired by two fellow folks (Alyssa and Daniel). It also inspired the title for today which says "Antoine Alone" if you caught it. The story behind the names of Daniel and Alyssa's name is that they typed each others names in when they were thinking of each other because they were lovebirds so I said, "hey! something like that shouldn't be exclusive to couples but single dudes like me!" Thus, I decided to write myself on a calculator and give myself a cute little smiley face.

The set for the Fall Drama at Hamilton: You Can't Take It With You. This Saturday is an all day tech. Sad face.

After school there were these cookies outside Room 511 in the lab building and I asked this girl who was next to them if they were up for grabs and she was like "I don't know." Now in translation for me she pretty much told me "Go ahead, take a handful of cookies and walk away with no remorse." Therefore, that's exactly what I did and boy free stuff sure is yummy! It wasn't that great and I wasn't even that hungry but because it was free it was extremely delicious.

So funny!

Peace and much love

Converted, Twenty-Nine Days Down

I took pictures for yearbook today. Below is the picture for Animation class.

Digital Imaging

All of the pictures were for the visual arts section. I have a concept for the division page for for the Visual Arts section below.

Today at lunch I was told to go up to Bruning's room for a club that I had no idea was and I found out it was Electronic Music/Art of Music Club. It was cool. I'll become a member. What's funny about it is I went to this club on a whim and I'm going to stay like I did with Asian club.

While in the club I showed Elvis this:

It was finally had a full rough cut and he enjoyed it.

What also happened within the club is that this girl named Caitlin announced that she had created a facebook group for the club and I was asking if there was a myspace group and she pretty much told me nay. I had been hearing about facebook a lot and had been really against getting one because it would be the same as when I transfer from livejournal to myspace and if I went to facebook I would just be waiting for the next popular site to come around and switch over to there. Plus, I just didn't want to follow the grain because everyone else was going onto facebook. I pretty much had the same mentality when I had livejournal. Everyone was getting myspace and I didn't want to because livejournal was there!

But today I gave facebook a look and I am converted.

Facebook makes myspace look like trash. Compared to facebook, myspace is very disorganized and networking is very difficult on it. Before myspace went to the dogs, networking is what they were about. Now it seems it's a contest to see who has more friends than the other and advertisements. When I was on facebook it was so easy to find friends and add them (see below). I think the main reasoning for this is that people had to use their first and last names while with myspace people have the craziest names that impossible to identify them by. Soon, I see a future for me not to have a myspace at all. Ashten "Whoopi" appears to have two facebooks.

Later today I worked on a possible division page for the yearbook.

The 9th Plague?, Twenty-Eight Days Down

It was really dark this morning. I thought it was Daylight Savings Time in reverse or something. (Does anyone know what the time is called when it's not Daylight Savings Time?)

I got a picture of Tonya (see below). I meant to take a picture of her when she was doing the spot with me on Friday but it slipped my mind. Well, here she is hiding her face!

Death Eater & Ravenclaw

Those little Laker fans ...

My brother and I (see below) decided to them our costumes around each other this year for Halloween. I'm going to be a Ravenclaw student and he's going to be a Death Eater. I believe his wand is on its way along with my robe.

The rest of the night I was working on this. It's coming together nicely. I'm essentially done. Just gotta get everyone's picture included!

V100 Taste of Soul 2007

Dad's house. First thing we did was head to Beverly High where my dad was volunteering to coach the girl's team there during a practice game against Inglewood.

He did this shooting drill with this girl first.

Then they played! Beverly girls won over the Inglewood girls.

After the practice game we went to V100's Taste of Soul event on Martin Luther King (MLK) street to Rodeo (I think).

I finally recognized that there was a blue line on MLK street for the cut off of the parade when it happens.

We went to Denny's and shortly after we went to Goodwill to get Aaron a Halloween costume (look to the blog right after this one to see it).

Kai really loved Elmo.

At one point he grabbed Elmo's right leg and hugged it! I was desperately trying to take a picture of it but there was a huge crowd and when I got a clear shot he stopped hugging Elmo's leg.

Nice pet.

That bean pie was bomb!

Again, I look like a dork!

Bobby Brown was there.

And we were out!
